三、課程大綱 Course Outline (本課程大綱教師得依實際教學進度及學生學習情況進行調整)

■ 課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents)
1.本課程與慧國工業與台中精機合作，由業師教授TPS(豐田)生産方式、標準作業三票、TPS實踐課程，到4S、體驗QCC小集團活動，經過一連串有系統的課程編排，讓同學從中了解日式的工廠管理精神與精實生産、改善的概念與手法。
2.進入職場工作之前、提早了解工廠實際的管理運作方式、與職場可以無縫接軌，創造學習價値。

說明：除了課堂講授與考試測驗之外，本課程在學期中可能會運用到以下哪些教學方式，以期能進一步提升學生學習成效

■ 課程其他要求 (Other Requirements)
注意事項：
1.因本課程有人數限制，故選課同學務必出席第一堂課，第一堂課缺席者將強制退選。欲加選者，第一堂課亦務必出席。
2.請各位同學踴躍出席，如有重大事情無法來上課時，務必提前與系辦聯絡。
3.出席率低於70%者，期中考與期末考不予計分。
