1. 探討總體經濟的幾大議題 (失業、通貨膨脹、景氣循環與經濟成長)
2. 了解主要總體經濟學派的主張、歷史因素、及演變
3. 熟悉總需求面分析: IS-LM-AD模型
4. 熟悉總供給面分析: 勞動市場、生產函數與總供給線

三、課程大綱 Course Outline (本課程大綱教師得依實際教學進度及學生學習情況進行調整)

■ 課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents)
課程討論總體經濟基礎觀念與問題，包括所得與就業、國民產出、通貨膨脹、貨幣、利率、投資與儲蓄、景氣循環與經濟失衡、貿易與經濟成長等問題，並探討政府之經濟政策，包括財政政策、貨幣政策與國際經濟政策等，訓練學生具備總體經濟分析之基礎理論與工具，並養成對經濟波動成因之瞭解及預測分析之能力。總體經濟學分析世界經濟體所發生的事件，例如中美貿易戰、西歐的高失業率、烏俄戰爭、美國的預算赤字、歐洲的整合，以及COVID-19對世界經濟的影響等。
