Course Description		 風險管理是以減少及消除企業或個人所面對的特定型態風險為目標。在考慮現代社會中各項風險所帶來的影響時，需要具備一個一般性的概念框架，以及更廣泛的風險管理與保險方面知識。
本課程將包含以下內容：(1)界定和解釋風險管理之意義與方法。(2)闡述保險的法律性和金融性，並解釋保險機制的運作原理。(3) 認識保險與其他風險管理工具之間的關係。
