■ 課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents) 人類為求更好的生活環境，不斷擴張生活空間，對自然環境造成的衝擊與變遷。由於人口成長快速、人類的影響不斷加速，加上科技的日新月異擴大了影響範圍，自從工業革命以來，人類對大自然的影響不再只是侷限於地表，而是擴張至大氣，而且藉由大氣的運動，影響逐漸佈及全球。
本課程旨在提供更多資訊，包含氣候變遷的成因與後果，讓學生了解全球環境已經到了危急的關頭，每個人都必須為此負責並且採取適宜的環境行動來。因此，本課程將回顧全球環境變遷的現況與預測，並了解其他國家對環境變遷的落實作法，盡可能普及環保資訊，希望能提升現今社會的環境意識。
