課程概述
本課程介紹並將經濟學原理應用於研究個人和組織如何在市場經濟體制中做出決策，以及研究法律、法規政策如何與市場經濟相互對應影響。本課程不僅關注人們如何、以及為何做出對社會及經濟體產生影響的決策，還關注如何善用誘因機制與經濟機構、政策和法律相結合，以使經濟活動和社會秩序與人類的慾望和經濟需要相互達成均衡。本課程內容包括：經濟學是什麼？誘因與選擇、消費者需求、價格與資源分配、專業與分工、市場效率與政府管制、外部性、共有資源與公共財、完全競爭市場與獨占、數位經濟等課題。

Be familiar with microeconomic concepts and analysis that are essential to good managerial and policy decisions.

Be able to use various economic models to analyze markets, evaluate public policy, and examine other related phenomenon.
