Course Description		 本課程介紹並將經濟學原理應用於研究個人和組織如何在市場經濟體制中做出決策，以及研究法律、法規政策如何與市場經濟相互對應影響。本課程不僅關注人們如何、以及為何做出對社會及經濟體產生影響的決策，還關注如何善用誘因機制與經濟機構、政策和法律相結合，以使經濟活動和社會秩序與人類的慾望和經濟需要相互達成均衡。本課程內容包括：經濟學是什麼？誘因與選擇、消費者需求、價格與資源分配、專業與分工、市場效率與政府管制、外部性、共有資源與公共財、完全競爭市場與獨占、數位經濟等課題。

三、課程大綱 Course Outline (本課程大綱教師得依實際教學進度及學生學習情況進行調整)
■  課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents)
本課程介紹並將經濟學原理應用於研究個人和組織如何在市場經濟體制中做出決策，以及學習市場結構、廠商理論、國際貿易、環境及公共經濟等個體經濟理論與實際。透過課程的學習與討論，引導學生學習在面對有限資源時，如何選擇。並培養學生作決策時運用經濟學基本概念，具成本效益分析之能力。將來面對日常生活及國內外財經市場的實際議題，都能夠運用經濟學專業知識之思考。

本課程不僅關注人們如何、以及為何做出對社會及經濟體產生影響的決策，還關注如何善用誘因機制與經濟機構、政策和環境相結合，以使經濟活動、人類慾望、環境與社會需要相互達成均衡。其中，課程設計特別探究法律、法規和經濟之間的互動，著重於決策背後的理念及其對社會和經濟的影響，探討經濟機構、政策和法律如何與基於激勵的機制相配合。其目標是使經濟活動和社會秩序更好地與人類的需求和經濟的需求保持一致。本課程內容包括：經濟學基本原則、供給與需求、市場均衡、消費者選擇、廠商行為、市場機能與經濟效率、專業分工與國際貿易、外部性、環境資源與公共財、課稅與管制、完全與不完全競爭市場、數位經濟、賽局理論等課題。
