三、課程大綱 Course Outline (本課程大綱教師得依實際教學進度及學生學習情況進行調整)
■  課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents)
1.建立企業導師平台，結合具豐富職場經驗的系友及愛心人士，協助學生潛能開發，以達成培育菁英人才及提供職涯發展諮商的目的。
2.通過與企業導師的互動,學生在進入職場前向企業導師學習社會與企業實務經驗,及職場良好工作態度並提升個人競爭力。
3.配合系友30重聚的系友回娘家活動，開發企業導師來源，擴展系友間橫向及縱向的聯繫，以達永續經營之目標。
4.透過不同產業的介紹，讓學生了解化材系在各產業可扮演的角色。
