課程概述

Course Description		 國際貿易實務為實際知識與運用技術的節合。其內容包括市場開發、交易磋商的進行程序、貨物買賣契約、貨物的製造、檢驗及公證、進出口結匯及貿易單據製作如報價單(Quotation Sheet)、訂貨(Order)、簽約契約書(Contract)、信用狀(L/C)、輸出／入許可證(Export/Import Permit)、裝運單(Shipping Order)與提單(Bill of Lading)、保險單(Insurance Policy)、押匯商業發票(Commercial Invoice)、包裝單(Packing List)等。本課程旨在培養學生對國際貿易實務有完整及系統性的概念，進而達成下列目標:
1. 了解國際貿易作業程序，建立國際貿易實務之整體架構
2. 熟悉國際貿易管理規範，了解貿易單據名稱、格式、作用
3. 對國際貿易實務操作具獨立作業能力
4. 通過國貿相關證照檢定

三、課程大綱 Course Outline (本課程大綱教師得依實際教學進度及學生學習情況進行調整)
■  課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents)
國際貿易實務每一步驟皆有相關的單證，本課程除讓學生熟悉基層貿易人員必須知道之國際貿易市場開發、交易磋商的進行程序、貨物的製造、檢驗及公證、國際會展產業及台灣會展產業發展現況、進出口結匯之外，還要了解單證名稱、格式、作用，看懂每種貿易單證的內容，並能快速而正確地製作各式貿易單證。包括：報價單(Quotation Sheet)、訂貨(Order)、簽約契約書(Contract)、信用狀(L/C)、輸出／入許可證(Export/Import Permit)、裝運單(Shipping Order)與提單(Bill of Lading)、保險單(Insurance Policy)、押匯商業發票(Commercial Invoice)、包裝單(Packing List)等。
