■ 課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents) 本課程係培養學生了解生物體內基本化學分子之形成、互相轉變、能量代謝、機能特性及遺傳基因之本質與操控等基本知識。上學期主要教授內容內容包括生物體內分子官能基簡介、細胞器官、水分、胺基酸、蛋白質與純化、酵素、脂肪、糖類之基本化學結構及化學反應(生合成與代謝)等。
