本課程內容包括果蠅雜交培養、動植物細胞有絲分裂與減數分裂、機率、染色體核型分析及抽取基因組 DNA 等實驗。

■  課程其他要求 (Other Requirements)
1.值日組於每次上課前提早向助教報到，負責準備實驗用具，及下課後之實驗室的整潔維持。
2.實習報告於隔週上課時間交給助教。
3.請假請依學校規定辨理，無故缺席 3 次以學期成績不及格論。
4.每次實驗需穿著實驗衣，請勿穿著短褲裙、涼鞋或拖鞋。違規者，平時成績扣總分 1 分。
