■  課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents)
課程簡介：
本課程旨在提供學員具實務導向的經營管理知識，協助其面對當前快速變遷的商業環境與組織挑戰。透過本課程，學員不僅掌握全球與本地的經營管理趨勢，更能從實際案例中獲得啟發，轉化為適合自身企業的經營行動方案，成為具備國際視野與實務執行力的現代領導者。本課程透過多元經典案例分析，結合經濟、財務、政策、產業與行銷管理，探討全球與本地企業面臨的經營挑戰與策略調整。內容涵蓋總體經濟、利率、通膨、匯率、景氣迴圈等經濟議題，並延伸至行銷、產銷、人力、財務、創新與策略發展等管理領域，提供最新的市場趨勢與第一手經營經驗，培養具備跨領域整合能力與實務操作經驗，學員將能從不同角度重新思考企業經營的核心邏輯與應對策略。
